This website is operated by AURASMILE CARE LLC, trading as TZCZZC. Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to AURASMILE CARE LLC.

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, and availability.
Colors may appear differently depending on your screen and lighting. Please review the product’s size, material, and feature information before purchasing.
If an item you receive is defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact us for assistance under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
4. Prices and Promotions
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless clearly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are disclosed at checkout before payment.
Promotions are subject to the conditions displayed with the offer. Any discount code, eligibility requirement, or expiration date will be stated where applicable.
We may change prices for future purchases. Price changes do not change the agreed price of an order already accepted.
5. Orders and Payment
You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information and to use a payment method you are authorized to use.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Orders remain subject to payment authorization, inventory verification, and acceptance.
If we cannot fulfill an order, or discover a material pricing or product error, we will contact you. We will not charge a higher price or substitute a materially different item without your agreement. If the order is canceled after payment, we will arrange a full refund.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We currently offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.
Standard orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 5–8 business days in transit. The estimated total is 6–11 business days.
APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories may require up to 45 business days after dispatch, as explained in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

7. Cancellations and Address Changes
Contact us promptly if you need to cancel an order or change the delivery address.
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Address changes depend on the order’s fulfillment status and cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
If an order has shipped, the applicable return process applies.
8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Eligible returns or exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. TZCZZC covers necessary return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Please obtain return instructions before mailing any item. Our business address is not automatically the return destination.

9. Customer Accounts
If you use a customer account, keep your sign-in information secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.
You are responsible for providing current contact information so we can communicate with you about orders.
10. Intellectual Property
Original website content and branding may belong to AURASMILE CARE LLC. Third-party product images, trademarks, and other materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Nothing in these Terms transfers intellectual property rights or grants permission to use protected materials beyond uses permitted by law.
11. Reviews and Feedback
If you submit a review or feedback, it must reflect your genuine experience and must not contain unlawful, misleading, or infringing material.
You retain ownership of your submissions. You grant us permission to display and reproduce submissions provided for publication in connection with our store, subject to applicable law and your privacy rights.
We may remove unlawful content, spam, or material that violates these Terms. We do not edit reviews to misrepresent a customer’s experience.
